That's actually really weird. Must've gotten a bad set. They are definitely not perfect. Though, I'll still take increased turn in response from the moogs vs. the oem.

Is the p0299 code bad or is it okay to have on? I am going to start getting stuff done but will probably go a year between getting the WGA or just getting the upgraded Turbo. Will it be bad if that code comes on and I ignore it?

The code you are getting is an under boost code and throws the car into limp mode. The code is bad. Like really bad. You need to replace your wastegate before you cause further damage to your turbo or worse, your engine.
