Hi I am new to this forum and I just had a couple questions about my 2013 Chevy Sonic 1.8 LT 5 speed. My car has roughly 8300 miles on it, and I bought it about 6 months ago. It's been fairly cold around here, dipping from 30 degrees to -30 with the windchill. But one semi-warm day (about 18 degrees) I went to start my car and it had a hard time starting, and when it did the RPMS climbed to about 1700, and the whole car was shaking violently. And when I say shaking, it was. And I shut it off, checked the oil, started again and watched the engine do this for a couple more seconds, turned it off, and then waited about 5 minutes, and turned it back on again and it was completely fine. Any ideas on what this could be? I have an appointment with the dealer in a few days but I was wondering if you guys had any input? Thanks
