Sonic not starting

Hey has anyone had any trouble starting their sonic, it's seems like when i put the key in and try and start the car it clicks like it's trying to turn the car over then stops. I finally tried tapping the gas pedal and it finally turned on, happened to me twice.

Check battery terminals for tightness under the hood. Sounds like loose one.
