Default ZZP vs. Trifecta tune

Can anyone compare the ZZP tune (https://zzperformance.com/sonic/elec...sonic-pcm.html) to the Trifecta tune?

Car is:15 hatchback Ltz , ZZP intake, Stock injectors, stock exhaust (may upgrade in the future though, looking at doing turbo back)

ZZP is 299 (after interface returned)
Trifecta is 298 & 398 (not sure which one is best for me though)

I personally downloaded Trifecta to my 2016 RS. Chose the Elite tune just because I have a CAI. I get to keep the cable and cost about 400 I think I spent. Gave me more power than other tunes talking with others I know with the sonic. If you do more mods it cost another 100 to get a new re-flash. I believe they know the most on the tunes especially when you compare the HP difference they can offer with mods to the car.

There is an autocal for sale on the board and bnr will sell you a tune with an autocal license.. total is less than that.

Can't speak for ZZP, but I bought Trifecta 2.5 years ago. I would recommend it. I started with the advantage tune(which is $300). I also installed a K&N intake, and the car ran great, even though the basic tune is for stock engines. I later upgraded to elite, and retunes after mods are free. The only charge after that is if you want an e85 tune. It is $100.

Yeah, save up and go with BNR unless you live down the street from ZZP, because I think they only do dyno tunes.

If you're talking about the ZZP tune, then I think you're right. It looks like they will actually just mail you something to flash your car with, and then you mail it back to them. Of course you have to pay upfront and then you get that money back. So I guess if you have 200 dollars to spend and a credit card then ZZP.

I am also interested in this. I have a stock 5speed 1.8 2015 and am looking for the best tune available for a decent price.
