So I'm at a crossroads. One or both, I'm leaning more towards ported TB but for money sake the spacer is on my mind too. Which one is better in your opinions, or is there a benefit to running both?

It's more or less me just trying to see the pros and cons, cause if they are the same I'll just get the TB spacer but if the ported TB is better then I'll just jump straight to it. The question about running them both is more or less just has anyone actually ran both.

I appreciate this cause I was honestly confused on them. I have the intake, so and such, I was just gonna add this stuff to my list of maybes.Okay, well, let's clear a few things up. The ported throttle body will replace your existing one. It's bored-out to allow more air flow.
The spacer will go in between your throttle body and intake manifold. You use it to tap in boost gauges and such.
If increased performance is what you want, then get the ported TB. Having said that, there are many other things you can do for $350 that are more proven. MPFab intake, wastegate actuator, downpipe and more.
Comparing these two things is apples to oranges.

I'm about to start my build after this deployment is over, havnt started much stuff tho, still itemizing, prioritizing, timelining and budgeting for it lol. It's driving me insaneHey np. I'm by no means an expert but check out my build thread and see the mods I've done. HMU with any questions, I did everything myself.
Neither will to anything in a turbo car.
If the intake tract is under pressure (boost) the (very minor - if at all) increase in flow from a ported TB is unimportant.
Use your money elsewhere.
The exhaust stuff, intake, pillar gauge pod, afr and boost gauges are all being ordered before I leave the AOR, then it's coilovers wheels and tires if I have the cash, if not they are next, I'd get the tune too but I can't remember anything like VIN or Mileage unless I can get a friend back home to get my spare key from my shop chief and go look for me (which is what I might do)Just do a tune then exhaust then intake... the tune can be readjusted as needed as new parts are added... theres a good time line to consider due to the fact the tune works from the start and just gets better as you add more... just saying [emoji41] [emoji106]

MPFab saw a increase in hp when he installed his. I want to say like 8 hp. I saw an airflow increase of about 1.5lbs.Both TB's ported by MPFab
I find that really hard to believe, but I'll keep an open mind, maybe buy a new TB, port it and see if it does anything.
