plastidip glossifier question

Has anyone used the glossifier? Is it worth using it instead of a clear coat?

If you do not want a flat finish then you need to use the glossifier, and do not use regular clear coat over dip or it will negate the purpose of using dip and make it much harder to remove later on.

If you haven't used Dip before I can give you a little trick, get a bucket full of hot water and place all the cans you will be using for the project in it to get them warm and make easier to spray. Also more coats is always better.

Thanks for the replies. I have used dip before, just not the glossifier. I'm redoing my wheels and wanted to keep a little of the initial shine after it dried.

Glossifier barely added shine to my stuff. Maybe slightly. I mostly use it because I feel like it makes it let durable. But I have zero evidence of that lol

This. I used it on my daughter's wheels. Two coats and once dried, it had no more gloss than regular black dip. Don't waste your money.
