I tried to prevent myself from making this thread. I made multiple attempts via email and messages to contact BNR with no responses. I'm getting pretty frustrated and I'm out of options.
I ordered my tune, got the autocal and it took a day just to get the authorization code that I would think should have come with the device. I recorded the initial tune and sent it over and by the next morning I got my base tune!! I was stoked and thought this would be an easy process like other remote tunes I had gotten for other vehicles in the past. I recorded my data log and sent them out October 13th with zero response so far. Not to mention the autocal and tunes are locked so I can't do jack with them.
I ordered a brushed and cleared coil cover on October 7th and haven't received an email or the coil cover yet.
I sent out an email 4 or 5 days ago via the customer service email and I haven't gotten a response. I messaged BNR on here 3 days ago with no response.
