Hi all,
Been lurking for a while; bought a new 2014 LT with the 1.4L and 6-speed manual in March.
Since then, the engine light has come on twice, turning itself off the first time. I took it into Chevrolet both times, and both times it was code P0807 - Clutch Position sensor circuit low. When it came on the second time, I was getting erratically kicked out of cruise control.
First time I took it in they couldn't do anything. Second time (today) they told me that my Automatic, which plugs into my ODB and gives me mileage information, etc. (and also let me see the codes) can cause the car to throw useless codes.
To add intrigue, the clutch position sensor was replaced last November at 14 miles at the dealership. Anyone have any insight on this issue? Is my Automatic device really screwing with my car? Or is the clutch position sensor a common issue? I searched and couldn't find anything.
thanks guys.
