So I haven't seen a DIY for a heat shield so I figured I'd embark on the adventure of creating one and documenting for everyone.
The basic premise is taking a small Rubbermaid trash can and cutting it to fit, adding weather stripping to the top, and painting with high temp to the creators choice. My question is if there is anything, such as an adhesive turbo pipe wrap, that I could put on the outside to help reflect back into the engine bay.
If anyone knows of anything that'll work well, let me know!
