Did this today, easy job.
To remove the old OEM plastic cover there are two latch clips at the rear of the engine, carefully unclip these and the whole cover comes up and forward.
Next unscrew the two front valve cover bolts.
Note they will seem like they only come part way out as they have a captive spline with the plastic surround sleeve.
So grab a pair of pliers and pull the sleeve and bolt out.
Should end up with two of these but the sleeve will likely stay captive.
Next get the two RacerX bolts and sleeves and unpack
The RacerX sleeve drops into place perfectly over the old hole and locates in the indentation
Put the Valve cover inset plate in place and drop the bolts through keeping the rubber seal washer and flat washer near the head of the bolt.
Torque each down to the manufacturer specified 79 inch pounds (not ft/lbs) so just snug.
