I realise there are a few threads on this already, but I was wondering if white/amber LED switchbacks for the front indicator lights, and red/amber for the rear, were plug and play? I know I will need a resistor to stop the hyper-blinking, but will the white/red lights work without any further modification? I'm a bit confused as to which bulb to use for the front and rear:
1. http://www.sonicownersforum.com/for...t-tail-light-led-bulb-replacement-thread.html - this thread says the front and rear indicators use 7444 bulbs.
2. http://www.sonicownersforum.com/forum/do-yourself-articles/19656-how-complete-led-swap.html - this thread says front uses 7444, but the rear uses 4157 bulbs.
Or are 4157 and 7444 bulbs the same? This website (https://jdmastar.wordpress.com/31577443-socket-standard-or-ck-type-you-must-know-before-purchasing/) seems to suggest they are similar. I'm guessing the Sonic/Barina isn't a CK socket also? Haven't pulled out my lights to take a look yet since its 2:30am here.
Sorry for the long post and many questions, I did go into my owner's manual but it just says to contact the dealer to get the bulbs replaced, doesn't give me any bulb details (GM Holden didn't include it )
