So I recently swapped my factory tail light bulbs for LED's - starting at the reverse and brake lights which are flawless - the reverse lights are basically miniature spotlights - even through my tint.
When the LED's i intended using for my indicators arrived something strange happened. They'd function as standard - but brighter and flashier - but after 5 or so clicks they'd flick at double speed and the Manual Icon came on the speedometer with Errors 26 and 28.
Now I'm making an educated guess that this is to notify the driver of a blown indicator, so i'm also guessing that these LED's are consuming such a small amount of power that the car thinks its indicators are blown? Anyone else ever run into this? I've gone back to stock standard bulbs but if there's a simple work around i'd much prefer the LED's.
