Would having both mounts take away all the vibrations of my engine. It seems to really "oscillate" back and forth. Not sure I would want to use this word but it's the best way I can describe it I guess.

It will greatly reduce the movement. You will get a bit of vibration from the more firm mounts.

Vibration in cabin? Could the knock sensor detect that as knock? Because my issue right now is that I think my engine moves way too much and the car pulls timing because of "knock"

No our mounts don't make false knock.

Excellent! Just what I wanted to hear. On a scale of 1 - 10 how hard is the install? I'm installing an intercooler kit over spring break and well if I could do these at the same time it would be great. Also you guys take paypal credit? :b

Sorry, I just remembered, sometimes when I'm getting really into it and I shift pretty hard I can feel what I imagine is the engine and transmission moving, would this eliminate that if it is what I think it is. Sorry, kind of a broke college student :b trying to ball on a budget.

Stiffer mounts

You can diy poly mount them
Or use something like window weld for the mounts, etc

The stock motor and transmission mounts in this car are quite soft and will allow the engine and transmission to torque and move a lot under load
Giving you what you feel
Good for comfort
Not for performance

You can do diy polyurethane motor mounts and transmission mounts
Or for really anything using a rubber bushings like our motor and transmission mounts

It's not hard to do and is quite cheap and effective compared to aftermarket mounts although generally SLIGHTLY softer but still much stiffer than stock mounts
There's plenty of guides, YouTube videos, etc.. on doing it (and I believe one also on the forum but I believe that's for the lower control arm but it still generally applies to most everything)

Products like window weld are popularly used for its stiffness and low ish cure time and general ease of use compared to other forms of plastics and rubbers used for diy bushings and mounts ( 2 part urithanes, etc ) but when doing it you also have to keep in mind that bushings and mounts may sag over time ( for when you measure what goes where ) and may be purposefully offset to be centered when broken in or under load, etc


But next best thing is buying aftermarket because they are generally stiffer, look cooler ( if that's your thing) support companies, and it's just a quick easy install

Ordered! Hopefully this will fix my issues. My car already kinda vibrates with the stock mounts so it's no big thing to me.

Be prepared to chase down the rattles in the car haha. That's what I'm doing now. I have TTR lower transmission mount and zzp upper transmission mount and TTR engine mount. The vibrations are crazy but the engine and trans do not move at all now

Hey so I installed the trans mount today and I can say the engine doesn't move, the vibrations are pretty crazy though. They're actually not that bad with the A/C off and the car warm, but with the A/C on it vibrates quite a bit at idle, and a cold start. Oh boy, I just started my car after it sat for 7 hours and oh boy, it had one of those popcorn starts and with the mount everything was vibrating, the check engine light was flashing, the light indicating loss of traction was on, it was pretty crazy. But when I turn it off I don't feel the engine move anymore which really makes me happy.

Can anyone weigh in on what that flashing CEL is though? The car boosted just fine and it went away as soon as I started moving.

Never heard of a cel before with well over 500 sold...

Vibrations go down a lot within the first 1000 miles...

I imagine it was the misfire code. The only time I've read about a flashing CEL it was for misfires. I'm not saying TTR broke my car, in fact I'm actually really happy with the trans mount. It really helped with the shifting. Like tremendously. I remember when I first got the car I sucked at shifting from 1st to 2nd because the car slumped down if I let out the clutch faster than 3 seconds. Now if I just let out it still slumps down but nowhere near as much, it's actually manageable. Those vibrations with the popcorn start and the CEL were scary though and I'll try to see if I can capture it in a log and see what's going on.
