I've been having an issue with our 2013 Sonic since the snow started flying. When the car goes into "slip" mode, there are times when the radio will shut off. Sometimes it goes off and comes right back on, other times it stays off. It also has happened on occasion when hitting a large bump. I took it into the local dealer -they tried to diagnose it and after a day decided that they would try replacing the battery cables. When that part came in, it took it back for that work. Two days later it snowed and the same problem is occurring. I'm taking it back to the dealer in a week, but because they were so perplexed the first time I'm not confident that a solution will be found. They were reluctant to replace the radio, but that might be the next thing.
