I just purchased a 2012 LTZ and have encountered an odd issue:
I have successfully paired my Samsung S6 with the radio for music streaming, but; have not been able to use any hands-free functionality. There aren't any radio controls that allude to (Phone) options under the Bluetooth section. I've tried the "press the hands-free button on the steering wheel for 2 seconds" trick, too. There is no response from the car.
Anyone else experienced this issue? I've had Chevy Infotainment on the phone, and they're of the option that I need to spend some time at my local dealership - as i've exhausted all their ideas.
It seems like the hands-free aspect of the car has been disabled, but i cannot see any options to that affect.
