I did a search and couldn't find another thread for this.
I have a '12 Sonic 1.4 Manual with the Bluetooth/XM/Onstar setup. I like the Onstar enough to keep paying for it but I'm not impressed with the XM. My trial for XM already lapsed and I mainly use the bluetooth audio for music anyhow. My phone is not perfectly compatible with the Sonic bluetooth so to keep the Sonic and my car happy I have to disable bluetooth on my phone before turning off the car and getting out. The annoying thing is that when I get back in, the radio automatically switches to the XM source so I have to listen to them blather on about getting me to sign up for XM and whatnot.
Is there a way to completely disable the XM so that it doesn't even come up as a source option? Or at the very least to get another source, "FM" maybe, as the default? It would be perfect if the radio had a permanent source for BT whether it is currently connected or not, like the Fords. Oh well...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
