I just received a call from the second customer to have this issue in a week. ZZP apparently has made changes to their cat-back system. It now includes the secondary catalyst pipe or "test" pipe that bolts up to the flange just over the axle. Where the system used to bolt up to the Anaconda, there now resides a slip-fit joint instead of a 2 bolt flange. This will require a muffler shop to either cut the flange of the cat/test pipe and weld it on to the cat-back, or make a flanged pipe to bolt to the Anaconda, and then slip into the ZZP cat-back. Either way, this will add expense and down time to combining these two parts which is a shame. I have lots of customers utilizing this set up and they are all very happy with the results. Even with the added hassle, I still think it's a great combo. I just wanted to post this so you guys won't be taken by surprise.
ZZP exhaust is no longer compatible with the Anaconda without modification.

Hence why I was asking. I have the older gen zzp cat back where it still has the 2 bolt flange that is a direct fit to the stock secondary cat.

Nice, I just heard someone say they just got their zzp and it sucked. Said welds looked like **** and it rattles.

I think their older products were nicer. I got mine last year January and have had nothing wrong with it and the welds looked clean.

You think the Anaconda will fit my wifes encore? i know the down pipe the same but im not sure after that point.

If it wasn't a giant pita to remove the exhaust then I would say go ahead and remove both DP's from both vehicles and compare them side to side to see if they line up with their curves.

I couldn't agree more with you on that one. Plus the old ones, before they changed how they are made, gave you more options for the rest of the turbo back system. Now it's a you need to buy the whole set to play instead of a simple modular system that bolts up with everything else.

There is no aftermarket for the encore. It comes in at 3100 pounds with about the same hp. Her car has a much better factory exhaust note and more room on the top of the motor for that big ole turbo. And u can get them in awd.
