Small batch of "Anacondas" ready to go.

The good news...
We are still finishing the initial production run, but we will have a small batch of these ready to ship by Mon/Tues of next week. Please note, when ordering, there is an option for an additional bung for a wideband sensor. If this is selected expect an additional day of processing before your order ships.
These work with the stock v-band clamp, however, I can also offer a much heavier duty v-band clamp w/ a quick release for an additional $30. This clamp requires moving the oil feed line to install, but IMO it's a much better option than using the stock flimsy clamp. I'm going to add this option to the site this weekend.
The bad news...
After this run is sold off, the cost is going to go up a bit due to the amount of time it takes to complete these. My initial time to build estimates were wrong so if you are planning to purchase one of these now is the time!

I'll get you a pic into the next couple of days, but it's tucked as far as it can without hitting the oil pan. There is about .5" between the pipe and a ridge in the cut out area of the pan. If you hit the anaconda on something, you have much larger issues...

I'm not sure if that reflects his finalized price, he did say it was going to go up because fab time was longer than expected. If not, right now is the cheapest your going to get it.

thats what i needed.. i have smacked the crap out of my zzp pipe.. i have hot the flex part several times and its started to rip from it..

I hit a lump in the road at a light the other day.. caused my big trucks and scraped the hole underside of the car..
in my defence it was dark and i didn't think it was that high

Doesn't really matter, you've got 100+ miles before the ligh comes on.

I hope I'm just not thinking correctly, but I don't have enough bolts to complete the job. Also, unless I'm supposed to re-use some gaskets I don't have enough of those either.

I need 6 bolts and 3 gaskets. I was supplied 4 bolts and 2 gaskets.

The reason why is because where the midpipe connects to the muffler, it uses a reducer which has 2 flanges and requires 2 gaskets + 4 bolts.

Re-use stock gasket at cat-back. It will seal on the adapter flange as the center hole is the same.
I forgot that the bolts you are missing are studs installed in the secondary cat pipe. I remembered them being loose, so you could just re-use them. Any hardware store will have the 8mm metric bolts you need. 5/16" bolts will work too.
If you are using the stk cat-back you may need to file the adapter flange a tiny bit to get the bolts through. I couldn't source a flange that would cover the stock exhaust along with every variation of aftermarket system exactly. The one provided came the closest.

Yep stock downpipe would be a breeze without those two bolts being there. Leave the bracket on the block though. It hold the oil drain in the block.

Honestly though, one of the easiest downpipe installs I've done. I've done a lot too

I didn't, gotta save weight .

Originally, I started to take it off, and then noticed that. Wasn't sure it would stay in there without it so I put it back on.

After a lot of fussing with bolts, I finally got everything on. Went for a test drive and had someone test it for leaks. It does feel faster, but I still feel like the car takes too long to spool up. Waiting until 2800-3000 rpm before it kicks in isn't exactly thrilling. But once you get above 4000rpm, it definitely feels stronger.

Finally installed, I'm very satisfied.

I ordered the heavy duty clamp with it and that took a good 10 minutes to get in place, the rest of it was just 20 minutes to install after the stock system is removed.

All bolts are included, and two gaskets, you reuse the catback gasket from the stock system.

I installed a ZZP catback at the same time. The adapter included was a perfect fit.

I had to reflash my tune with the p0420 code disabled because I did reattach both oxygen sensors.

Overall I highly recommend the Anaconda.
