Drag Wheels and tires

Lets have a discussion on drag tire wheel and tire size.

1) what is the largest tire to fit with out hitting the front strut?

2) I am looking for a DOT tire so I "could" play around on the roads.

3) What size rim? I have not changed out the brakes so a 15 will still fit. What are we thinking 15,16,17?
