Hey Sonic owners,
Although technically I don't own a sonic, I own the Australian counterpart, a 2013 Holden Barina CD TM 1.6L Manual. It's been my first car for the last 3 years, bought new.
Going to be completely honest, Holden Barina's don't have the best reputation in Australia, and I have been made fun of for having it - but that's the best part. This car is such a surprise for anyone who's never seen it in action. I've chopped friends in V6's and handle better around bendy roads than friends V8's. And the 1.6 in theory is wimpy but damn does this thing go and make a decent rumble.
Not sure if it's been because I've driven it quickly since driving it from the dealer, but 3 years later and it's still as zippy as ever. Been modifying from the day I bought it, 99% aesthetically, but modified none the less.
I look forward to sharing my car!
