Hello everyone,
I purchased my Sonic back in late October of last year and have now just gotten around to making a profile, registering, etc. Anyway I'm just looking forward to improving my car as much as possible and make it the potential beast we all know this little car can truly become! Feel free to glance over at my profile to see the few modifications I've started with and please also feel free to give any input on better ideas and/or improvements I can make next.

I don't see a current mods list in your profile, maybe I'm just looking at it wrong?

Yeah I definitely would be up to meet up just be sure to pm me the specifics so I can be sure to show up! As for mods I don't have much, just the tune, and a K&n air filter. I'm hoping to get some new bushings and a CAI ASAP but it's all about the funds which tend to be somewhat limited(I'm a college student). Thanks for the welcome!

bushings really improve the feel and are cheap and easy to install.

If you're on a budget you might hold off on the intake, the gains are modest. Remember the Sonic already has a CAI; it's drawing all its air in thru the filter. Most of the aftermarfket intakes draw warmer air than the SAB!

I live in Frisco, are there already meets that I'm unaware of? I've looked all over this forum and can't seem to find any solid ones in our area :/

I am on somewhat of a budget and that's why I ended up going with the tune rather than the intake. When it comes to cars I know the basics on how they run and what does what but when it comes to installing parts myself it's almost a shot in the dark. So you think I should just stay with the factory box rater than drop $300+ on a CAI?
