I feel like there is a resemblance regarding what was maybe thought as the Sonic 2016 Model.

This is the Sonic currently available in China. The auto press has no idea what's going to happen for 2017/18 so they keep publishing this car as the most likely possibility

Looks like 2017 is going to get some updates!

Chevrolet Gives 2017 Sonic A Makeover

Not completely new car, just MCE or whatever they call it. Personally I like round headlights but I guess this is OK. This is interesting:

"The 2017 Sonic will reach North American showrooms this fall in LS, LT and Premier trims with an available RS package on sedan models, while the hatchback returns exclusively in RS guise, offered in LT and Premier trims."

you scooped it...good find amigo!
no LTZ hatch, only RS hatches????

We’ll have to wait for the 2017 Sonic’s New York Auto Show debut next Wednesday to catch our first glimpse of the subtly updated interior, but Chevrolet said that it gains “a new, detailed gauge cluster incorporating an analog speedometer”, and new comfort and convenience features that include a power driver’s seat, Keyless Open and Start, heated cloth seats and new heated steering wheel.

There’s also a new 7-inch infotainment system supporting the latest connectivity technologies, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility and 4G LTE with Wi-Fi hotspot.

Power will come from a standard 1.8-liter four-cylinder unit, and an available 138hp 1.4-liter turbocharged four offered with either six-speed automatic or manual transmissions.

Thats the new RS sedan?.. They certainly made it look nice with the wheels and rear. I do like my quad headlights though. The brake looks inside like my LT.. maybe I can pick up that nice trunk spoiler?

Interior will have a new IP.. Analog speedo, so it must be a digital tach then. Be nice if we see oil pressure/temp and coolant temp and BOOST!

can't wait to see one to get a gander.
