Default Signature Picture Size and text volume- - -

Maybe I am in the minority, but it is starting to get really distracting and difficult to view posts (especially on a mobile device) with more and more signature pictures that are way too large. The picture thread is the place to post and show off the large pictures one would think.

At first I thought it was just a new member or two posting an image of their new car, but I see others are doing it also.

When I added a signature picture I down sized it to a reasonable size so that it wasn't in everyone's face every time I posted in a thread. I'm guessing more and more use a phone to post and just do not care or want to edit and down size an image. I see this on more and more forums.

There are also some who have signature and numerous emoticons that are six, eight or 10 lines with spaces between them. Often the signature is 5 times larger than the post they make.

Other forums have limits on these things which disable anything over a certain size in a signature.

Or, we all could just do huge signature spreads and see how that works. . . SMH

Definitely something we can look into, if the overall feeling is the same.
