2015 sonic ltz 1.4l turbo power loss

Hey everyone
I cant wrap my head around this problem iam having. Loss of power at around 3500 almost like turbo just dumps.
-no check engine light or codes
-airfilter almost new
-i do have a trifecta tune but the problem happened before this just at random times
-today i noticed it got the car up to 85mph in 5th gear at around 35-3700 rpm and i felt it just dump what ever power was there, i felt it rise to that point and then gone, after that i couldnt get it over 80mph and it was lagging under load.
Hoping someone has dealt with this if so please help. Car has 73000 miles

Could be the transmission. I got a complete power loss recently too, where the car wouldn't even move, but the engine revved up.

Any idea on how the transmission affects this being that it is a manual trans? When i first noticed it i was up in the mountains coming come on an incline and it just seemed like the turbo just dumped what ever it had. Today i was surprised it did it on a flat straight.

Trifecta is pretty good at tracking down hardware issues like that. You might contact their support team and see what they can do for you.

So far i narrowed the issue down to the valve cover having a leak. Tore one of the boots to the sparkplugs so that will be worked on tomorrow
