2017 Chevy Sonic Instrument Panel...

I'm trying to remove the instrument panels in my 2017 Sonic however the climate control panel is giving me some issues. After following instructions from the previous generation Sonics and removing the 4 screws it seems to still be snagged on something in there. It seems like there are maybe 2 more screws on either side that aren't accessible unless I remove the dash pieces on both sides. Is this the case and if so whats the best way to remove those panels?

Solved this myself by the way. there are 2 clips on either side of panel. I used a trim remover tool (a wide one) and shoved it between the panel and dash piece and pulled out on the panel. It came right out... For those that want to remove theirs as well.

You just pop the trim piece off with a trim tool or a screwdriver. The dash plastic is really soft and will dent if you press too hard. The radio comes out with like 5 bolts after the trim is off
