The official EPA MPG numbers are available:

It shows the sedan/stick as the most fuel-efficient with 38MPG highway. (All 2019 are 1.4T.) The automatic hatch is rated at 34MPG highway. Hatch/stick is in between at 35MPG highway.
Might replace my 2015 LS with a 2019 LS this winter if there's another juicy 20% discount...
The 2018 1.4T sedan/stick has slightly different MPG rating:
