I bought my car in January and I'm still receiving the "trial" version of XM radio. I'm not sure why. I think it was supposed to be for only 3 months, but I noticed in the OnStar emails that the date changed from April to May. But here we are in June and it's still going and I haven't subscribed. I've called them twice to make SURE that I'm not subscribed and haven't see any bills on my credit card. The last time I called, the guy said it would be off the next day, but that was last week and its still on. Is their business so poorly managed that many people are receiving without subscribing? Just wondered if any of you have had a similar experience with your new car/radio.
