Bad lash adjusters?

long story short, I've got a 2013 1.4 sonic that has been out of commission for a while due to an extremely loud ticking and loss of power, all with a knock sensor code. I've replaced everything forum recommended relating to the knock sensor and ticking (evap purge, knock sensor itself, knock sensor wiring harness) and had no luck. I took the cover off and discovered that 3 rocker arms are very loose. I took the cam out and there are no wear marks, and the valve stems all look solid, as well as the springs with plenty of tension. The lash adjusters however I am not sure about. Are they supposed to be able to move? some I can depress with my fingers, like easily move it up and down, and others I can't at all. any help would be greatly appreciated!
