I have had mine in for a year and somewhere around 23,000 miles. Very pleased with how well it has held up and performed. I think a 4-2-1 would better suit my driving, but i have no complaints about the 4-1 BNR header.

I would be willing to do a run of 4-2-1 headers if people wanted to pre-pay for them. The problem we've been having is people (not you Clyde) will act interested and then we make the product and it just sits for months because no one is willing to drop the cash on it.

I love my BNR headers - only problem is with the catless downpipe it's a bit raspy. I'm running a high flow 2nd cat as well as a resonator and muffler

Depending on interest I may be up for one of your 4-2-1 headers. Would make for fun back to back comparisons for how it affects my car and where it produces power. Obviously if I am the only one interested I would not expect a production run to be done. I know how sitting on parts sucks when people back out.

man, wish I would've known I could get a 4-2-1 before I got my 4-1. just installed sunday, easy install and no fitment issues for me. The only thing is I have never had a full exhaust on a 4 cylinder before and I am getting a sortof metallic noise like metal on metal when I accelerate even a little heavy. im not sure if its rasp or something touching. Anyways, great product and just sent in a log, now I wait

Pretty much any free flow header on a 4-cylinder will be LOUD. I would recommend a really good resonator, and a solid muffler.

When I had mine I ended up running the a High-Flow cat, a Flowmaster HUSHPOWER2 Resonator (the largest one they had available) and the standard DDM/Solo cat back from there. The cat and resonator cut down the noise alot.

I initially had it running through a test pipe with only the turbo style muffler to dampen the sound... big mistake. It was deafening and raspy, which is really unavoidable in NA 4-bangers.

I have my stock second cat and the slp catback, so if I take out the 14in res and add in zzp's massive 27in whisper res it should be way more tolerable?

If you end up running the ZZP Catback with the Resonator/Muffler you should be good. The increased pipe size will still help with flow. You still might get a little rasp at WOT, but it wont be as bad.
