Boost gauge location.

Sooo in short I should be shot to this but in my defense it was dark as ****, the parking lot had no lights, ours phones died, the flashlight died and it was starting to rain. So I kinda just slapped the thing in an old universal pod I had laying around and said "send it!" Long story short I need help thinking of a better place to mount this bitch.... (yes that's like 3 layers of 3m double sided tape....)

Lol well I've been thinking of putting it there until I get gauge pods (I don't mind cutting a hole because I'm redoing the pewter or brick or whatever interior with black) but I wanted ideas that didn't involve pods really, and like I said it wa7 only like that cause it got way too dark way to quick and started to piss cars and dogs, and i had to go grocery shopping so I just slapped that together and did my trusty old "SEND IT!!"

Mines just been relocated to a temporary universal pod 3m taped to the a pillar until I get back and get the zzp pillar and dash pods. God I have much work to do...

drill a hole in your dash to the left of the speedometer. See my build thread for pics. Easy...just buy a 2" hole saw, cut and put the gauge in there... Super simple and looks stock.

I'm just not a fan of cutting into the dash honestly. That's the only reason I won't. It's only because I want a reversible option. I will however buy the ZZP pod mount and go buy some oil temp/oil pressure gauges. If anyone made this an option, I would love to have a vent mounted pod for the boost gauge. My VW has one and my project car will have one when it goes Forced induction.
