clicking noise when turning.

I had my sonic in for a clicking noise when turning tight in parking lots. So dealership said they found a bad steering gear and replaced it. But the noise when making tight turns is till there. It happens when turning the wheel all the way. I never noticed the noise before and i dont think it was there until a few months ago.
I took the car dealership today and they said its normal for the car to make clicking noise when wheel is turned all the way.
Im no expert in this electric steering but i remember none of my other cars made this sound when turning all the way.. anyone have this issue?
2012 sonic 1.4t auto.

That's what i told the service advisor but apparently a tech that looks to be about 20yrs old knows more than me. Have an appointment coming up hopefully they will solve this problem.

clicking noise you have hmm?

I have the same noise with my 2014 sonic I took it to the dealer and they took my steering wwheel off and regreased it. Fixed it. Then less than ten thousand miles later have same problem but louder. Haven't got it looked at yet but it might be your steering wheel. I hope this helps.
