Code P0137

Threw this code today. I figured it's from my downpipe. I have the 2nd O2 sensor spaced out and I've been code free for about 1k miles until today. Is this the code you guys have been seeing when you have a downpipe installed? I think I have seen the P0420 mentioned here also. Thoughts?

Po420 will set with no cat and no spacer. Po420 is for low efficiency, meaning its registering rich/lean like the pre cat O2. Po137 is low voltage on the post cat sensor. I just did the ZZP turboback and threw P0420 and P0171 almost immediately. One of them is the result of the first O2 sensor, and the other is for the second. I got rid of one code by loosening the v-band clamp on the downpipe, readjusting the downpipe, and re-tighten the v-band clamp and I mean TIGHTEN.

I haven't had the chance to get under the car to check the other sensor, but I'm certain that after an adjustment that'll go away as well.

If its a catless down pipe the only ways to get rid of the PO420 is to a)add an o2 spacer to the second o2 or b) tune out the 2nd o2
