I just joined the forum, and I've had my Chevrolet Sonic from 2013. It's blue topaz metallic and the LS trim. Very happy with it all these years, and have done some light modifications to it so far.

K&N Typhoon Cold Air Intake.
ZZP Catback Exhaust with Magnaflow bi-chamber muffler right behind the secondary cat with a resonator delete. Magnaflow bi-chamber mounted up behind the S-pipe leading to a Borla dual intercooled tip.
Power Stop Z23 Carbon Ceramic Performance front brakes, drilled and slotted.
DRAG DR-34 alloy wheels in a matte black finish.

More modifications to come, including possible body modifications like a bumper/splitter, diffuser, lip spoiler, etc.

Out of curiosity, since this is my first 4-banger with a stick, how does all that affect your mpg. improve it with performance or like the big cubes just suck more gas down with performance?

Out of curiosity, since this is my first 4-banger with a stick, how does all that affect your mpg. improve it with performance or like the big cubes just suck more gas down with performance?

When everything was newly installed on my car, my mileage was slightly affected, but lately I get between 32.5 and 37 MPG with all those modifications installed. Mostly it's how you drive it. On the highway doing 65 in 6th gear, your fuel economy will still increase. I usually get around 399 miles on a single tank.
