Help! Problem with transmission

I have 2015 Chevy Sonic with 140 000 km on it m I can really feel it down shifting into first or second im not sure . Can anyone tell me what the problem may be or how to fix it . It is and automatic

Purchase a new transmission? Are you in manual mode when it happens? I have a 2020 sonic LS 1.4L Turbo, and when I put it in manual mode, sometimes it will Jurk the car when I shift, mostly gear 3 to 4 and above. Maybe a tune would help too? Usually when you shift down at like 2000 - 2500 rpm it does that. I'm no mechanic though, I hope you find the solution fast, I know how frustrating it can be.

Ya thanks . It's just when I'm slowing down it drops to first preatty fast and kinda hard possibly the fluid is low
