HELP! Won't Shift into Reverse, 5th, and 6th. M6

Hey, I have the Manual 6 Speed in my Turbo Sonic. Everything has always been Normal.
Just today I put my car on a jack and changed my oil. Just my Engine oil. Nothing to do with the Transmission.
After i finished and lowered my car it wouldn't shift into reverse, 5th, or 6th.
I checked the shifter cables under the boot.
I THINK im still covered under warranty, plus i work at a chevy dealer so i'm not too worried. But, i have no idea what could have happened.
Please Help.

Okay you DID check under the shifter boot... but I'm wondering can you pop them out, ensure they're in there correctly?
I guess the only other thing would be to check where the cables connect to the tranny, make sure no obstructions...

Yes, Double checked again. Couldn't find anything.
I'm sure it cant be anything horrible. I think I would have felt something go out.
I drove it to work this morning and dropped it off in the service department.
It's still covered under warranty.
I'll update as I find out more Info.

Alright. Dealership said they need to replace the shifter cable and bushing because it was loose. I think. Worst case, instead of paying the dealer 400 bucks for all of that why don't I buy a bushing and replace it, and adjust the linkage.
I have a feeling they might have been trying to swindle me... we will see.
As of now everything shifts like its supposed to.
