How do I change outside temp display from celcius to fahrenheit?

The outside temperature display switched from displaying in degrees fahrenheit to degrees celsius on it's own. Nothing else switched, e.g. it still shows mph/mpg not kph/kpl. I've gone through the owner's manual and find nothing on how to switch it back to °F. I've also gone through the configuration menus and not found anything that makes the switch, including the 'return to factory settings/defaults' feature.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

With the car in park or neutral use the DIC menu control on the turn signal stalk to cycle through the options until you find the temp selection. I'm pretty sure I remember seeing it in the owners manual though.

Could be set to the imperial configuration if your units are still miles but your temperature is in Celsius. Does your miles per gallon display look higher than usual?

Menu button on turn signal --> unit set --> select #2 and press/hold set.

1 = Imperial units (MPH, miles, imperial gallons, temp in Celsius)
2 = US units (MPH, miles, US gallons, Fahrenheit)
3 = Metric (km/h, km, liters, Celsius)

Thank you, ColonelPanic & rdss - you were right: turn signal wand menu unit set was off, set to 1, the imperial configuration. I had noticed that the fuel economy was unbelievably great: 50+! Oh well.

I do feel a bit embarrassed, especially since I had seen the unit set mode, but I didn't find the definitions of the 3 options and didn't realize at first how to toggle between them.
