How do you remove dashboard panels??

Hello Sonic guys!
I'm curious how you remove the dash board panels. I want to paint or vinyl them to make them a custom interior to match the color of my car. But I can't work with them if they are in my car. Have any of you taken the climate control panel out as well as the bezel that surrounds the vents and infotainment system. Thanks!

The radius surround pulls directly straight out it's held in with clips. On both sides of the little pockets surrounding it the lower plastic piece pull straight out giving you better access to the middle piece to pull straight out gently towards you. the lower portion around the HVAC dials I think it's the same but I wasn't able to pull mine out so I'm not 100% sure on that part

Harbor freight has a 5 piece kit made of nylon that like 15 bucks... ssssoooo worth it!! When I did my sound deading they were worth there weight in platinum!!!

Bingo! I got a older set that's yellow, but still when I pulled the door skins off they really are nice and they don't scrape the paint off the doors like a big screwdriver does

the bottom piece is held in by clips and 7mm screws i didn't want to mess with it because it have airbag stuff in some of the connectors.
