Making a plastic trim for 7 inch screen - Raspberry Pi Android Auto

Hi. I have a robot project at college this year so I stepped in to Raspberry Pi world. I saw this video on Youtube and this is the what I want for years:



I have all the parts already. I need a plastic trim like this:

I guess this is the really old Windows CE Chinese device for Sonic. I found the supplier and asked for the plastic trim price only. They said it's 85$. It's too much for a trim. How can make a trim like this? Do you know anyone who did something like this on a Sonic?

You're probably SOL. There is an ebay link for a similar unit from South Korea but it's the same price. You could 3-D print one, but not have solid dimensions would mean that unless you're doing it yourself it would be cheaper just to buy that bezel. Or better yet, why not just using a double din housing and replace the radio.

Can also just use a prebuilt android auto unit too.

I don't want to break in to car's original electricity system My dad's Opel Astra(Buick Verano) suffers from the aftermarket Sony Radio. I even don't have park sensors because of my originality obsession You can't easily see a car without park sensors in Turkey. We don't have too much space to park. I could buy a Sonic with better trim, I had 2 times more cash than my Sonic's price but salesman tricked me there because he wanted to sell the LS. He really deserves his sales premium.
