Some of you were asking to see a dyno sheet for the intake we produce, so I figured I'd just go ahead and put graphs up for the parts we currently sell. I've got an obscene amount of dyno pulls on my Sonic for each part that we've made. I can't post all of them, so I'll try and find the graphs that show a true representation of what you should expect from our parts.
I will be adding graphs over the course of the next day or two.
Baseline Pull. 100% stock
Air box lid detached from base and rotated out.
I wanted to see if freeing up the inlet track would provide a gain. This test told me that building an intake would be worthwhile.
Please note: The boost overlay was incorrect for the baseline test. I had mistakenly tapped into a boost source that was attached to a solenoid. The solenoid was not letting a full signal through to the Dyno's pressure sensor.
MPFab Intake. Stock tune
Notes: The MPFab intake was tested first then removed, and replaced with the stock airbox. The snorkel had been remove from a previous test session, where we found removing it was good for 3whp. Completely stock, my Sonic made 120whp. You will also notice that simply swapping to the MPFab Intake netted a 1-2psi gain in boost pressure. This makes a strong argument for how restrictive the stock airbox is, even at modest power levels.
MPFab intake vs. open air box.
I wanted to make sure that the MPFab intake would out perform the open air box lid. Notice the boost was exactly the same, yet the MPFab intake still out performed the open air box lid. I was on to something..

Next step was to tackle the exhaust. I knew the stock exhaust system in it's entirety war restrictive. However, I felt like the largest gains were to be found in the front half of the exhaust sysyem. This is how the MPFab Anaconda was born.

Other things I've tested such as ported intake, hard charge piping, and intercooler testing was accomplished with Trifecta " Budget" and "Full" tunes. I will also compare the Trifecta tuning to the HPTuners software I'm currently using.
I plan on posting these as time permits.
