I got code P2076 cause my Intake Manifold Tuning Valve Arm became loose at the bottom and kept falling off. I ordered a new one and I haven't been able to get it in and it's really frustrating. The 3 options to get it on are to 1) snap it into place, 2) take off the actuator (smaller part of intake manifold itself) and then put it on, or 3) take out the whole intake manifold and then put it on.
For 1), I've tried really hard to snap it back on, with lots of force, and even a small hammer but it won't go. People suggested grease and that didn't work either.
For 2), the 3 bolts are really tighten well, and for one of the bolts there is no room for a ratchet because there is a piece (transmission?) in the way.
Last option is to take out the whole intake manifold and I don't have the skills to do that, so I would be out what $200-300 just to get this tiny piece on?
If you had code P2076, what did you do?
