Rear View Mirror Upgrade?

My RVM sucks. In one week I've already accidentally called onstar. I can't imagine wiring would be that difficult although an adapter would be nice. I'm a little apprehensive about removing the old one though. I just don't want to screw up my new car.

Any advice out there? Thank you.

Wouldn't be too tough to run 12v from the fuse panel up and around the window frame in order to use any other type of mirror like your Amazon unit
