Replacement brake light bar

Hi, was wondering if anybody could point me in the direction of a model number or website for the brake light bar on the hatch? Thank you.

Edit: Aftermarket/LED is fine too. Looking to upgrade.

The bulbs are replaceable: open the hatch, remove the 2 Phillips screws, carefully remove housing, unplug wiring harness. Place housing on table, remove 2 more screws (Phillips again IIRC), then replace the bulbs. Wouldnt be hard to fab up some LEDs Id imagine.
