Codes:
P0171- System too lean, Bank 1
P2270- O2 sensor stuck biased/lean, Bank 1 sensor 2
C0561- System disabled Information stored is what the internet says but my scan tool says 'Vacuum Sensor A/B correlation'
Issues:
~ Idles rough
~ Traction light comes on sometimes while idling and the engine consistently changes the speed from around 650 to 950 and back
~ Car stalls/dies after getting gas Thought I Fixed this issue by replacing the purge solenoid in the vapor canister, but issue is back now.
~ Long term Fuel trim keeps climbing at idle and eventually hits the computers max of 37.5%
~ Short term Fuel trim fluctuates normally for the most part but sometimes gets stuck at 37.5 % when the LTFT gets that high
~ Haven't found a vacuum leak yet, but that doesn't mean there isn't one
~ O2 sensor 1 voltage is normal, sensor 2 seems to have a problem according to mode 6 data(sensor parameter testing results)
Things I have done so far:
~ Cleaned the throttle body, helped for a day or so but all the issues stayed
~ Replaced Purge valve about 2 years ago and it is still working fine
~ Checked Exhaust backpressure, read below 1 psi while at idle and 2500 RPM
~ Replaced the purge solenoid (Thought this was the cause since the car was dying after fill up)
~ Have been switching between Kwik Trip and BP gas, so it's not an issue with bad gas.
~ Felt vacuum lines and wiggled them while the motor was running and didn't find any leaks.
~ Tested the PCV in the valve cover
~ Cleaned out the vapor canister, has no raw gas sitting in it
~ Fuel pressure is reading between 57 and 59 at idle
~ Watched the live data to attempt to determine a cause
~ Searched all around for answers but to no avail
I am very knowledgeable about cars and how they function but this problem is like a brick wall, I can't figure it out. Please help me!
