Wow! SCCA Autocross SMF? That is a major step for a car like the Sonic.

I would love to chat with you if you are autocrossing. I'll be running in H-Street this year at South Bend, Indiana Northwest, and probably the Chicago Region once or twice and could use a few pointers with the Sonic. I bought an RS today.

the car looks awesome! I'm racing my sonic. Rally and road racing. I just don't have a road race setup yet(Suspension and wheels). I'm almost done getting my car ready for stage rally. I have some questions for you regarding your inter-cooler?... I'll PM you.

any test proven/documented skid pad etc. results for this brace? Honestly, it looks pointless, need some statistics of stuff that's been tested and proven to back it up, not just what you think it might do.

I have emailed the guy who runs the forum know with no response. Also I have seen home made things be sold on the classifieds now for 2 years with no issue.. Not sure why mine becomes a problem now.

You have said this many times now. Even after being told that a skid test will not prove a brace functionality. You are very persistent.

It is the cx racing kit and it has been nothing but a love hate relationship with it... Love the car. Your x brace will probably be my next move.

Yeah our competition in smf is pretty close. I'm a bit under powered from the other cars but still fun. I'll be in Chicago for our big event were are setting up. Just waiting on the schedule for Chicago to be posted
