Still getting P0011 error on occasion even though many parts replaced

I have a 2012 LS that is getting horrible gas mileage and same error for months
P0011 engine code now intermi
intake camshaft position system performance
Intake camshaft position timing over advanced bank 1

There were so many parts replaced

Crappy mileage

replaced with AC Delco parts

engine variable timing solenoid
Ignition coil
Spark plugs
Camshaft position sensor
Water pump
Antifreeze
v belt
Vvt solenoid both vvt actuators
Timing belt
Oil control solenoid
Valve cover gasket
Oil changed
Slight improvement doesn’t stall now or idle rough but light still comes on 18 mpg city 24 highway
