Throwing P0137 code repeatedly

Hello everyone,
Since I've installed my ZZP Turboback, K&N Intake and BNR tune, my car keeps throwing the Low Voltage to O2 code, P0137. They guy at BNR said he shut off the code, then realized he didn't, and sent me a fix. Well it came back on again, same code. I am using a Diablo sport Intune to flash, if it matters. Anyone know a fix to this? Since even though he shut the code off its still coming back on?

I did. Jerry the President says he believes the O2 is damaged. So ill put a new one on and see if it helps

Something does seem right.... If you truly cancel the code via a tuning device, it should not recognize a problem with said code. The tune could be the issue.

After talking to him a couple times, he seems convinced it's the actual o2 sensor.
