Topaz blue turbo

Switched over to a clutchmasters stage 3 clutch and lightened flywheel along with Bad news Racings, new gtx14 turbo. When we reinstalled the trans my dealer told me the trans only took one QT of fluid so for 4 days i only ran with that in the tranny then found out you guys recommend just over 2 Qts and gm says 1.7 QT. My dealer installed an entirely new trans just over a month ago reusing all my parts from before. This tranny never shifted like the old one i.e. smooth and quick. Very notchy and reluctant to go into gear. Here it is a month and 2,000 miles after the install it looks like i need another new tranny. The car won't go into any gears other than first or reverse if it's running. if you shut the car off it will restart in 2nd or third and drive fine till you slow and shift into first then no other gears but reverse. Car also has all ttr racing motor mounts. I had the car towed to the dealer and they say there r metal shavings in the trans fluid, the car is making too much power for the tranny its all my fault and i'm on the hook. Is there any upgrades i can do to the m32 to make it more reliable i haven't already done. Is it possible theres something wrong with the cluth install?
