My tune is requiring that I update it so that I can flash to stock?!

I got my tune years ago and now it won't let me flash back to stock for emissions testing. What gives? The original tune I received is a TRT file. I sent in a request for support to Trifecta and haven't heard back yet. I'm getting really fed up with the lack of support for this company. I paid for full data logging support and, after sending in my log files more than once, I gave up because I never got a response from them. They completely ignored my log files.

Any help is appreciated.

I submitted the request for data logging (with logs) over a year ago. I submitted questions pertaining to data logging procedure over a year ago. I submitted a request to fix my current issue of not being able to flash back to stock last night. Haven't heard anything ever.

I have now successfully made contact with a Trifecta representative and he is working on solving my problem (hopefully). If I encounter any more issues, I will post them in this thread. If this thread is not updated, however, you can assume that everything went well.
