Weird. I have 5 mm's and I'm flush. I think the wheel spacing/offset can play a big part too.
I just installed 25mm spacers on mine today. I'm on LTZ wheels, pretty sure 205 wide tires, and kspeed/storm lowering springs. It's racecar flush in the front (looks like it may have added a hair of camber), so satisfying. Rear is pretty close if not perfectly flush and I could go a LITTLE wider there if I wanted. I could get pics tomorrow.

Reviving this thread because I'm finally ready to add lowering springs and spacers. Do the Adaptec 15mm-25mm spacers require new lug nut studs?

Those are dope.
PS how does that roof rack work for you? Worth the dough?
I personally wouldn't try 25 on a lowered car. It looks like Ashes to Armor is stock ride height.
Just speaking from my personal experience, 20mm on my car with eibach lowering springs would sometimes touch the tire to the inside of the fender in the rear on bigger bumps. This was with a 205 width tire.
I have 25 mm on the front, and 32 mm on the rear. Running 17x8.5 in the front, and 17x9.5 in the rear. The front is perfect. The rear sometimes would rub when I had coilovers.
