So let me get this explained- You use a set of sensors they have to be linked to your car, then you go back to the original wheels and again they have to be linked again correct ? and you need a scan tool to do it right ? greg
well that tool looks like the answer. I thought about getting clone-able sensors but i cannt find anyone local that does them plus they are expensive. I was wondering if Jerry could disable the light in the dash though the tune. Greg
The sensors operate @ 315mhz I believe . Someone correct me if I am wrong. But yes a good used set will last for a long time.
And that tool will keep you from having to visit dealer/tire store for a relearn.
I have loaned mine a couple of times to a co-worker whom then bought one when they saw just how easy and time saving it is.
TPMS is a good thing to have a most people don't ever check the pressure on their tires.
